Steve Dias is a Mortgage Loan Officer with over 12 years lending experience. Specializing in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Renovation, and Investor Mortgage Solutions. He can evaluate the loan and credit needs of his clients and create solutions that help his clients achieve their goals. His previous roles within the lending industry have provided him with the tools to make the entire process state-to-finish, seamless and memorable.

Steve balances his zest for life with his constant learning of new products in the Financial Industry. He knows there is something out there for everyone one. When Steve isn't working with his clients on mortgage solutions, you can find him fishing the creeks and flats of the Lowcountry, or on Folly Beach with his wife, and two sons.
